Microsoft has begun removing PCs from the Windows Insider Program that don't meet Windows 11 compliance requirements.
How to Leave the Windows 11 Insider Program (Without Reinstalling)
Since the unveiling of Windows 11, Microsoft has been pushing a new set of requirements for the upcoming operating system. Despite these requirements, many were able to install Windows 11 through the Windows Insider Program without meeting them. However, Neowin now reports that Microsoft has kicked out users who do not meet the requirements from the program.
Users with incompatible machines are reportedly receiving the following message when attempting to update Windows 11 through the program:
"Your PC doesn't meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device isn't eligible to participate in the Windows Insider Program on Windows 11. Install Windows 10 to participate in the Windows Insider Program in the Release Preview Channel."
