If you’ve been waiting for the integrated mobile app for Microsoft Office, you’re in luck. The company has announced the general availability of the all-in-one Office app, complete with full versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as a free download on iOS and Android.

The new Office app makes it easier to use any of the three main apps, without having to switch back and forth between them individually. It’s also smaller, requiring less storage on your phone to install than the individual versions. Lens, a powerful image conversion tool that turns your photos into editable Word and Excel documents, is also integrated, along with a Notes feature (not OneNote, oddly enough).

When you open the app, you’ll see three icons along the bottom (an echo of the three-tab interface that Microsoft updated all of its apps with a while back). There’s a Home icon, which shows a list of all of your previous Office documents, including the aforementioned Notes. In the middle is a big Plus icon, which brings up three options: Notes, Lens, and Documents. Tapping the Documents button will give you a screen with three options for each of the main apps: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Scan, Empty, or Create from Template).

The third main button at the bottom of your screen is Actions. Tapping that will give you a bunch of shortcuts, including multi-step things you do often, like Transfer Files, Image to Text (or Table), Sign PDF, Scan to PDF, and more.
