Microsoft Office used to be a confusing mess of options and different programs, but thanks to the all-in-one iOS app now available on iPad, it sets a new standard for organization and ease of use.
Can you use Office 365 on iPad productively?
The mobile version of Office combines Office, Excel, and PowerPoint into one sleek package, and Microsoft has added a number of extra features that are very useful for people on the go. Best of all, the single app takes up less space than if you were to download the three separate apps, although they are still available if you prefer.
Using the new all-in-one Office made me cry for all the time I wasted messing around with the previous standalone versions of these apps. It just makes so much more sense to have one central location to create and find a spreadsheet or Word document.
I started by logging into my Microsoft account and was able to quickly view all of the documents I had stored on OneDrive. From there, it was just a tap to create a Microsoft Word document and start writing. Going back into the app and starting an Excel spreadsheet was also quick and intuitive.
