Which jobs are safe for AI?
That's the question a new survey from HireVue, a recruiting and staffing firm, asked more than 4,000 employees and HR professionals in the US, UK and Australia.
What they found was a growing acceptance of the use of AI systems for finding and hiring candidates across industries.
“People see that it works,” Dr. Lindsey Zuloaga, Chief Data Scientist at HireVue, told Lifewire in a video interview. “They trust it more. And on the candidate side, [about] half of people say AI does a better job in terms of fairness.”
