The trailers give us a glimpse of a series that will center on Grossman, who has hit rock bottom and is looking for a way to make amends with his old sixth-grade basketball buddy, who is a somewhat fictionalized version of Curry. Feeling sorry for his former teammate, the NBA star decides to let the documentary crew filming his life follow Danny. What Curry doesn’t realize is that Grossman has a hidden agenda for his unexpected comeback. He ends up stealing Steph’s game-worn jersey as a quick buck, but is caught red-handed. Panicked, Danny concocts a story that lands him in the middle of a potentially huge scandal.
