COD: MW3 RESET ALL ACCOUNTS & GONE OFFLINE

A Modern Warfare 3 bug surfaced this afternoon and it appears to have leveled up player accounts. The Minot Hawthorne bug has surfaced before, and a similar issue occurred earlier this year.

When CoD players tried to log in this afternoon, they were met with the Minot Hawthorne error code and their account progress appeared to be completely lost. However, the last time this happened, the bug was fixed and progress was restored.

This same issue occurred on April 9, 2024. Activision reported that the reset bug was caused by "a service outage that prevented progress from being maintained across various modes and features, including events, challenges, Battle Pass, SR, access to specific modes like Zombies, and more." Hours later, the issue was resolved and account progress was back to normal.
