With VALORANT Patch 8.11 quickly approaching, players are preparing for the arrival of some seemingly meta-breaking changes to Neon.

From professional analysts to the general playerbase, many VALORANT fans are shocked and downright terrified by the planned changes coming to the fast-moving agent. There are plenty of changes that the community has called “ridiculous,” including her ability to move laterally at the same speed as her normal High Gear sprint speed.

She also gets two slide charges, can perform back-to-back slides, can shoot without movement errors while sliding, and has a re-equip time of just 0.2 seconds after her slide in Patch 8.11. As a result, she’ll be a movement demon who can zoom across the battlefield and is built to break some ankles while shooting with perfect accuracy while sliding à la Apex Legends.
