League of Legends’ second champion of 2024 is coming. Aurora is the newest addition to the game’s ever-expanding roster, and she brings a ton of diversity to both her character and abilities that should bring a new flair to Summoner’s Rift and beyond.
Aurora Champion in the Spotlight | Gameplay – League of Legends
Aurora is a solo lane skirmisher mage who can play in both the mid and top lane, with great mobility, a good amount of damage, and a slew of different abilities that can help her slow down and trap her enemies for a potential wombo combo with her teammates. She is also the first champion on League's roster with autism, further increasing Riot Games' representation and diversity.
If you want to play a game with this new champion, here is the release date of Aurora in League of Legends.
Aurora will be coming to League on Wednesday, July 17th with Patch 14.14. She will be available in all game modes, but until then, players can try out her new abilities for free on League’s public beta test server.
