Apple Fitness+ is getting new workouts, trainers, artists, and more in a major content update next week.

Fitness+ users won’t have to wait long for more content, including featured artists (e.g. Beyoncé), meditation themes, kickboxing, and new Time to Walk guests. And as long as you’re a Fitness+ member and your software is up to date, you’ll be able to check out all the additions as soon as they go live.
Workouts get a boost with a new total body kickboxing regime, in 10, 20 or 30 minute blocks, led by Muay Thai trainers Nez Dally and Jamie-Ray Hartshorne. Two additional trainers, Jenn Lau (Strength) and Brian Cochrane (HIIT), also join the roster.
And the Artist Spotlight series welcomes Beyoncé, performing songs from her latest album. The Foo Fighters and Bad Bunny will join her in the spotlight later this month (January 16 and 23, respectively).
