Fortnite welcomes quarterback Patrick Mahomes to its Icon Series with several new outfits and a special tournament.

Ever-expanding “who would win in a fight” simulator Fortnite has announced its first-ever Icons Series addition from the NFL: Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Complete with his own signature emote and outfits. “Being a part of a game I’ve played for so long has been a dream come true,” Mahomes said in the press release. “It’s been amazing to be involved in the creative and design of my outfit every step of the way.”
Mahomes will have two outfit options: his normal outfit with multiple variations (standard, bionic arm, and gladiator) and his Saucy Style outfit that shows off his love of ketchup. The quarterback's signature Showtime celebration has also been added to the game as a signature emote.
If you want to get your hands on a piece of the Superbowl MVP, you can enter the Patrick Mahomes Cup to try to win his Outfit and Back Bling. The Zero Build Squads tournament takes place on Tuesday, August 23rd, with teams going head-to-head with no in-game building allowed.
