Twitch and KICK streamer NICKMERCS recently responded to Dr. Disrespect's claims in a video posted to X (formerly Twitter), expressing his surprise at the accusations. He emphasized the seriousness of the claims, insisting that no one should make assumptions without concrete evidence and confirmation, before adding, "What are we talking about?"

This all stems from recent allegations against Dr Disrespect from a former Twitch employee who claimed the streamer “sext[ed]” a minor. Doc’s mysterious ban from Twitch was kept secret for four years until the former Twitch employee claimed an anonymous streamer had been banned from the streaming platform for sending sexually explicit messages to a minor and was planning to meet her at TwitchCon.
