Nintendo's next Indie World showcase is scheduled for Wednesday, May 11, starting at 7 a.m. PST/10 a.m. EST.

The Indie World presentation will last around 20 minutes and will be streamed on Nintendo's official YouTube channel, where the company will show off the latest indie games coming to the Switch. Nintendo has been somewhat coy about what will be shown off during Indie World, but that hasn't stopped fans from speculating wildly about it.
A common thread you often see on social media is fans asking for information about Hollow Knight: Silksong, a sequel to the hugely popular indie game Hollow Knight. The game was first announced in 2019 and its trailer has been viewed over five million times on YouTube. Both the developer and Nintendo have said little about the game’s status, other than to say that Silksong is still in development.
The last Indie World showcase took place in December 2021 and featured titles such as River City Girls 2 and the RPG Omori, both of which received significant screen time.
