The company behind your favorite viral videos (and dances) is making it easier to listen to the catchy tunes you hear all over TikTok, with a simple button within the app itself.
When you press the "Add to Music App" or "Add Song" button, a small sheet will appear with the option to add the song to the partner streaming service you prefer (and that is installed on your phone) the first time, after that it will be automatically added to your chosen service. You can change the default service via settings.
With the short length of TikTok videos, it can be tough to figure out what that catchy song actually is, let alone track it down through all the different on-screen buttons that clutter the TikTok interface. The new Add to Music App button should make it a lot easier to just send the song to your favorite streaming service. On Amazon Music, songs will go to a TikTok Songs playlist, or you can set it to go to another playlist of your choosing. Songs go to the Liked Songs playlist on Spotify.
