Shortly after rumors of a possible Oasis reunion began circulating, listeners flocked to the band’s catalog on Spotify, with streams skyrocketing.

From 9-11am UTC this morning, Oasis streams on Spotify globally were up more than 160 percent from the previous week, and the increase continued to grow this morning, Variety exclusively reports. Fans are returning to the music after rumours circulated over the weekend that Oasis' Liam and Noel Gallagher would be performing in the UK in 2025, with a reported 10-night run at London's Wembley Stadium.

The often-feuding brothers have seemingly confirmed that a reunion is indeed on the cards, with both posting a cryptic clip indicating that something would happen on August 27, 2024 at 8am. This will likely be an announcement of performance dates, as Liam has continued to fan the flames in posts on X.
