How do I create an OGG file?
A file with the ogg file extension is an Ogg Vorbis Compressed Audio File used for storing audio data. They may contain artist and track information.
The word "Vorbis" refers to the encoding scheme provided by the developers of the OGG format, Xiph.org. OGG files that are not considered Vorbis may contain other audio compression formats, such as FLAC and Speex, and may use the .OGA file extension.
If it is not an audio file, the OGG file may instead be an Origin graph file. This type is not played in a media player, but opened with a graphing program.
