Here are the different ways to get Ciphers or Meme points in the game.
The most basic method is to earn XP and level up. As you progress through the game, completing story missions, defeating enemies and collecting resources, you will earn experience points. As you reach a new level, you will be rewarded with Ciphers.
One of the easiest ways to earn EXP is to Summon V via the wheel that appears when you press the TAB key. Then click on View Commissions after interacting with it, and then complete the weekly tasks.
