These tests take into account your general and in-game knowledge. There are 21 tests in total, and if you pass them all, you will be richly rewarded. Your two problems while taking this test are time (30 seconds for each answer) and the correct answers themselves. To reach Ounabara Vocational School in Like a Dragon, you'll need to go to Harbor Street, west of Hawaii. You'll find it just to the left of the Anaconda Shopping Center. Once you get there, you'll meet Kasuga's old friend, Ikari. This is where Substory 21: Playing With Fire begins. Completing this substory will grant you the Hawaii Proficiency Tier 2 exam for free. This is the second exam you can take at Ounabara School, by the way.

After completing the substory "Playing with Fire", go to the reception and speak with Maeda. After speaking with this NPC, you will have the opportunity to take the exam in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. In addition to the Hawaii Proficiency Tier 2, you will also have to pay fees to take other exams. The fees start from $300 to $1000. If you have the right money, you will be able to take the exam.
