A Blizzard community manager acknowledged reports of players who purchased the Rose Gold Mercy pack after it hit stores on June 25 but were unable to equip the skin. He initially promised to share updates on the situation, and also reminded players that "it may take several minutes for purchases to appear in your Hero Gallery."
They later confirmed that most players should have access to the skin in their Overwatch 2 inventory, though a few "may still be waiting for theirs." "We are still monitoring a few who may still be waiting for theirs. We are still investigating," they wrote in a community post thread.
If you still can’t access the pack, don’t worry: the community manager has shared a list of solutions you can try to resolve the issue. To start, play a full game of Overwatch 2, restart the game client, and then try to access the Hero Gallery. If that doesn’t help, you can also try the following solutions:
