Overwatch 2's new support, Juno, feels like she can do absolutely anything

After waiting in the support queue for 20 minutes and playing a few games of Juno, I can predict that the new Overwatch 2 hero is going to be a huge hit with players.

NEW SUPPORT JUNO #overwatch2 #overwatch #juno

Juno is easy to play and stands out as a hero who can move quickly, deal damage, and heal in a way that everyone can understand: shoot friends to heal them, shoot bad guys to hurt them.

Juno has a burst SMG with a massive 180 round magazine, and it fires in bursts of 12 rounds. That's right, 12 rounds. That means she can fire 15 bursts before needing to reload, which means she can fire for quite a while. I can imagine that number being adjusted, but right now it doesn't feel all that oppressive.

She's great at healing teammates, which feels fairly fair so far, and her damage is negligible. The biggest factor holding Juno back is that she can't do critical damage, which is likely a deliberate decision – her DPS would feel huge if she could.
