Preventing your food from spoiling or rotting is one of the most important things to do in Palworld to ensure your survival. Luckily, there is a way to keep your food fresh and that is by building a cooler. Here is everything you need to know about the materials you will need and how to prevent your food from spoiling.

Certain items will rot over time and eventually disappear as they spoil. This includes all consumables, including the perishable food you collect from the world or get as drops. So you should keep items in a cooler or refrigerator to prevent them from rotting.

There will be a timer displayed on the food in your inventory. Each item has a different time before it spoils, so you must use it before the timer runs out or store it in the cooler.

Open the Technology tab and scroll down until you reach level 13. Under Structures you should see a Cooler Box that is described as a small food locker. It also says that you can assign an Ice Pal to prevent the food stored inside from spoiling – more on that below.
