You can start the Marcus and Faleris boss fight by heading to the Tower of the PIDF, which is located in the northwestern part of the map. More specifically, it is located in the desert biome on Palpagos Island. The best way to reach the Tower of the PIDF is to fast travel to the Duneshelter teleporter. Once you reach Duneshelter, keep moving east until you reach the coordinates (561, 334). After you get there, you can start the fight with Marcus and Faleris in Palworld.
To beat Marcus and Faleris fair and square, you'll need a Water-type Pal. Since Faleris is a Fire-type Pal, he's weak to the Water element. So I'd recommend bringing a Pal like Kelpsea, Suzaku Aqua, or Jormuntide. I especially want you to pick Suzaku Aqua, because his Partner Skills will enhance your Water damage attacks when you use him as a Mount.
