Windows 11 Phone Link app in the Start menu: Discover all the new features NOW! | 24H2
Microsoft has announced that it will be adding a new, dedicated section to the Start menu that will make it even easier to use your mobile device and access its features in Windows.
As noted on the Windows blog, Phone Link’s Start menu will feature three main sections: You’ll see your phone’s battery status and connectivity, you’ll be able to check your messages, calls and photos, and you’ll be able to pick up where you left off on your phone. All of this is integrated directly into the Start menu.
However, since the feature is still in the works, it is being rolled out to Windows Insider in the beta channel, build 22635.3790 and later. To use this feature, you will need to update the Phone Link app to version 1.24052.124.0 or later.
