First Descendant players who are having trouble finding resources or weapon parts believe a solution to their problem can be found in fellow looter-shooters Warframe and Destiny 2, specifically their special weekend vendors.
The ultimate Valby leveling and descendant farming of the first descendant!
Destiny 2 players flock to Xur every weekend for a cool set of exotic gear, enhancement materials, and unique rolled gear, while Warframe players check in with Baro Ki’Teer every two weeks for rare relics and weapons. With so many resource demands in The First Descendant, players think Nexon should consider adding their own version of a weekend vendor, and took to Reddit to make their demands clear this week.
“As it stands, our extra descendants and weapon parts are useless,” said the post’s author, who believed the spare gear could be used to trade with a vendor for rerolled modules or amorphous rounds that players are grinding for. “We already have a lot of systems from other successful looter shooters—why not add this one in as well?”
Others suggested a way for players to grab cosmetic items from such a vendor, since there is no way to earn different outfit pieces except through the cash shop. Some even suggested having an existing NPC be this new weekend vendor, with Deslin a likely candidate, since the stuff he sells is pretty much useless after the first few levels. "I thought his shop would update as you beat the story, but nope, he's still selling level one shit."
