Rockstar Games has revealed a major update for GTA Online, coming later in June. The update introduces long-awaited police missions and bounty hunting features, transforming the virtual cityscape of Los Santos into a dynamic playground for law enforcement and thrill seekers alike.

In this groundbreaking update, players can now step into the shoes of Los Santos’ finest and take on a variety of police missions ranging from routine patrols to high-stakes SWAT operations. The update introduces a new perspective on the chaotic world of GTA Online, allowing players to uphold the law instead of breaking it.

In a blog post on Rockstar's website, developer quoted Sandy Shores resident Maude Eccles as noting that "this world is full of scum and rubble" and saying it's time "we all do our part."

“This summer, it’s time for some (high-quality) target practice to clean up the roaming villains of Southern San Andreas,” the blog reads, which heralds the arrival of “your very own bail bond enforcement and bounty hunting company” in the game’s upcoming major update, along with new tools and props to create custom, high-speed Drift and Drag Races in the Creator, and more coming later this month.
