So if you want to get your hands on these boots, there's one location where you have a high chance of getting them.
The best way to get Rakanoth's Wake is to farm Infernal Hordes due to its high drop rate. Your goal here is to collect Burning Aether and use it to unlock the Spoils of Greater Equipment that can grant you these Unique Boots.
