Randy's Throwing Knife is built as a PvP weapon, but that doesn't mean there aren't any good PvE god rolls. I personally use a Rapid Hit and Kinetic Tremors roll, which does a brilliant job of dealing with red bar enemies, even in high level content like GM Nightfalls.
