Razer has unveiled a new pair of wireless earbuds that are compatible with a wide range of gaming platforms and offer THX-quality audio.
What THX Certification Means for Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro Earbuds
Razer’s Hammerhead series of earbuds already has a good reputation, but the company isn’t stopping there. It’s unveiled a new pair of earbuds, the Razer Hammerhead Pro HyperSpeed, which offer a true wireless audio setup that promises to work on a variety of gaming platforms.
Every pair of Hammerhead Pro HyperSpeed earbuds uses THX-Certified audio, meaning that what you hear is accurately reflected in what the sound designers intended you to hear. They also offer adjustable active noise cancellation for use when gaming or connecting to a smartphone. The same goes for the earbuds’ Do Not Disturb mode, which mutes notifications outside of what you’re actively listening to, whether that’s performance alerts, incoming calls, or something else.
The Hammerhead Pro HyperSpeed earbuds are also compatible with most modern hardware, from PCs, Macs, and smartphones to the Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch. While this is mostly done via the included Bluetooth functionality, the set also comes with Razer's 2.4GHz HyperSpeed Wireless Dongle that can be connected via USB. This allows you to wirelessly connect the earbuds to devices that don't necessarily support Bluetooth audio without sacrificing connection stability or audio quality.
