In our Realm Royale beginner’s guide, we’ll explain how to get started playing, how it differs from other games like Fortnite and PUBG, and what you need to know before you start your first match!

If you're coming from another battle royale game, I'll briefly explain how they're different and how they're the same.

The big difference between other battle royale games and Realm Royale is the class system. When you start a game, you choose one of five classes. Each class starts with a specific movement skill that cannot be replaced (although it can be upgraded in rarity). You can loot two additional skills that you can swap in and out of chests. This game also has a mount that you can hop on at almost any time, which is very similar to most MOBAs. Another big difference from most battle royale games is that weapons in Realm Royale do not have ammo! While they do have a magazine size and some weapons do require reloading, you don’t have to worry about running out of ammo!

If you are coming from Fortnite, then this game has some similarities in the overall feel of the game. The art style and feel of the weapons are similar, but the big difference is that there is no building or ability to destroy the environment or structures. Pushing your enemies aggressively in this game is generally a bad idea unless you have the cover and weapons to back it up. Fortnite is more focused on weapons, while Realm Royale has weapons, a large part of the game revolves around your class abilities.
