Xbox has reportedly confirmed that it will be closing multiple studios, including Arkane Austin, the makers of the infamous Redfall. Users are still waiting for answers from the studios on how to get their money back.
Redfall – The Latest Update
As first reported by popular journalist Jason Schreier, there was an internal email from Microsoft that talked about the closure of the four studios. It also talked about how Arkane Austin will resolve the issue for players who purchased Bite Back Edition and the Hero Pass but will not receive the promised content in that edition, which all cost $100. Users want answers on how to get their money back.
The email stated that the most recent update for Redfall marks the end of the content additions. As for the servers, the email noted that the game's servers will remain online for those who are still playing, and that Microsoft "will be making great deals to players who purchased the Hero DLC."
