In a tournament filled with favorites from dominant regions like North America and APAC South, REJECT WINNITY became the first APAC North team to ever win an Apex Legends Global Series LAN, and the first team to do so that wasn't TSM, DarkZero, or Reignite.

South Korean trio Obly, KaronPe, and SangJoon wrote their names into Apex lore with their consistency and refusal to deviate from the team composition that got them to the Grand Finals. They were the only team in the final lobby to field a Wattson, the traditionally defensive character who had long since fallen out of favor with players and the pro-meta, but they didn’t let that “defensive” choice slow them down, tying FNATIC for the most kills in the final lobby.

In an incredibly even series of matches, it looked like several of DarkZero's LAN champions would once again take home a LAN trophy, but in the final match, a heavy rotation from DarkZero led to a series of thirds that ultimately led to REJECT taking over all the space in the very last zone.
