The process was similar to the first DLC, The Awakened King. If you also played Remnant 2’s first DLC on the day it released, you can expect to start exploring at a similar time. As a result, players were wary of when they would have to update the game and how much time they had to prepare their favorite character as they delved into The Forgotten Kingdom in Yaesha.
The Forgotten Kingdom was released on April 23rd and is available to all Remnant 2 players who purchased the DLC or the Remnant 2 Ultimate bundle. It landed on every available platform, allowing players to once again explore the new story on Yaesha. This is Gunfire Games’ second DLC and we can expect another DLC before the end of 2024.
After you complete an initial run of The Forgotten Kingdom, such as The Awakened King, it can appear in a standard run when you load Remnant 2 with that character. The Forgotten Kingdom released alongside The Awakened King, with players gaining access at 11 a.m. CT on April 23.
