This guide explains how to uninstall Firefox for Mac, including any Firefox-related files that may be stored in your Mac's library.
How to Uninstall Firefox on Mac
To remove apps from your Mac, send them to your computer’s Trash. To remove Firefox, right-click on its icon in your Applications folder and select Move to Trash.
That’s it. However, keep in mind that after you move Firefox to the Trash, it will remain in the Trash folder for 30 days. At that point, it will be automatically and permanently deleted from your Mac. So if you’re thinking about it again, you have a chance to quickly restore Firefox to your Applications, provided you take action within 30 days, of course.
You can also uninstall Firefox for Mac using a slightly modified version of the above process. Instead of going to Finder, you can open Launchpad, where your Mac's various apps can be opened.
