Salsa Contest is returning to Monopoly GO after a short hiatus. This tournament is once again a two-day event, ending on May 9th. But this time, it won’t feature pickaxe tokens, as the Nocturnal Treasures event is over.

Once you log into the game during the active period, you will play Salsa Contest. Your goal is to land on Railroad spaces and play the Bank Heist and Shutdown minigames to gain points. These points are used to unlock milestone rewards and to place you on the tournament leaderboards. The more points you have, the better your placement will be and the more milestone prizes you will receive.
Because the Salsa Contest lasts two days, the rewards are more generous than those of one-day tournaments. You can earn a total of 6,990 dice and five sticker packs for completing all of the milestones, as well as additional prizes from the leaderboards when the event ends. You can win the Salsa Contest in Monopoly GO by using Mega Heists. There is a total of 65 minutes of Mega Heist in the Lucha Libre Loot solo event, which will increase your rewards in the Salsa Contest if you manage to get a Bank Heist on a Railroad space. Additionally, Salsa Contest offers double the points of Bank Heists, so taking advantage of this is a must if you want to get all the milestone rewards. Here is the scoring system:
