Richard Gere celebrated his birthday with enthusiastic fans at a Cartier masterclass at the Venice Film Festival and shared a behind-the-scenes look at the filming of his cult film "Pretty Woman," directed by Garry Marshall.

Gere responded to a clip of his steamy piano scene with Julia Roberts, laughing and blushing at his palpable chemistry with the actor.

"No chemistry," he laughed. "I mean, this actor and this actress clearly had no chemistry between them… I haven't seen that in a long time. It was a sexy, sexy scene."
