Roblox finally has a silky smooth feel, at least for PC players. You can now change the frame rate without third-party tools. The in-game option to change FPS makes the game run better on high refresh rate monitors.
HOW TO UNLOCK YOUR FPS IN ROBLOX (GET MORE FPS)
Roblox now gives players the ability to choose from several frame rate options: 60 (default), 120, 144, and 240 frames per second (FPS). While this is great news for PC players, this option has yet to be implemented on other platforms, such as mobile devices and PlayStation. The only official information for other platforms is that Mac support is coming.
Higher framerates mean that the game will look smoother, especially on higher-end computers. If your system can handle it, movement and animations will look much less choppy when playing at 120 FPS or 144 FPS, compared to the default 60 FPS.
You can test your Roblox gameplay at higher FPS, but be prepared to drop back to 60 if you notice anything strange happening. I tested 120 FPS with Fruit Seas and had no issues with the framerate. My only issue was finding enough Beli, but that's nothing Fruit Seas codes can't handle.
