Samadhi Fire Crystal is dropped by Flint Chief, Flint Vanguard, and Mother of Flamlings.
Flint Chief is a Yaoguai Chief that you can find if you start at Furnace Valley's Valley Entrance Shrine. Keep going and look for an area with lava. From here, go right and you'll see more lava. Keep going and the Flint Chief boss should appear, ready for a fight.
The Flint Vanguard is another fiery boss that can be found near the Ashen Pass III temple of the Field of Fire. Turn around and walk along the rocky path. When you come across two paths, take the right one and you will reach a location where you can see some scattered rocks with fire in them. They will soon unite to form the Flint Vanguard.
