The first three phones in the S21 series were released on January 29, 2021, just over two weeks after Samsung's Unpacked event. The Fan Edition model was released a year later, on January 7, 2022.
The starting price for the S21 series is $699. There are four models: the S21 FE ($699.99), S21 ($799), S21+ ($999), and S21 Ultra ($1,199).
The Ultra model is the most high-end, with the best specs, including a fancy display and a camera with all the bells and whistles. The Plus version sits in between, with a slightly smaller display than the Ultra and a less advanced camera. The base model has the smallest screen, but the same camera as the S21+. Finally, the Galaxy S21 FE model has a slightly larger screen than the base model, but a larger battery.
