Samsung offers an A-series phone every year as a phone for the more budget-conscious consumers. They usually offer solid performance and specs for a lower price than the flagship models.
“With the Galaxy A series, we are expanding our latest technologies to a wider audience so that more people can enjoy them,” said Samsung’s TM Roh, President and Head of Mobile eXperience in a statement. “We are excited to bring even more capabilities to the Galaxy A series this year, including offering Samsung Knox Vault for the first time in this lineup. We are proud to enable Galaxy A series users to enjoy excellent mobile experiences safely and reliably.”
The Galaxy A55 5G promises brighter, more vibrant photos, even in low light, powered by “advanced AI Image Signal Processing (ISP)”, a first in the A-series phones. It also features 12-bit HDR video and a Night Portrait mode, while joining the A35 in offering optical image and video stabilization.
