Japanese electronics giant Sharp is back in the US market with a cheap, reasonably equipped smartphone: the Rouvo V.
The battery of this smartphone lasts 94 days!
This sub-$90 phone is exclusive to the US, and while many of its features are downright entry-level, it does boast a few neat innovations. For example, the Rouvo V’s battery lasts a full four days on a single charge, with over 100 hours of standby time. That’s a lot of surfing and streaming.
Another notable feature is the 6.5” HD+ display. This display has a 20:9 aspect ratio, making it a good option for cinematic experiences while traveling or waiting in line at the bank. The cameras support Full HD and include multiple AI-powered enhancement features, allowing for Bokeh effects, softened backgrounds, and more.
The rest of the specs aren’t exactly going to set the world on fire, but they do the job. Sharp’s new phone has a MediaTek 1.8GHz quad-core processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage (expandable to 128GB).
