Since there are numerous choices in the game, you will often get confused by it. However, compared to many such games, the rewards and consequences are neither great nor bad. So if you are worried too much, you can relax and choose the best one for you depending on these rewards.
If you choose to end Tatiana's Experiment in Unicorn Overlord, the Liberation Army Clerics will take over and reward you with 5 Elixirs, which revive an ally and heal 100% HP. However, you will no longer be able to recruit Tatiana once you go to the future.
Once players choose to continue Tatiana's Experiment in Unicorn Overlord, they can immediately recruit her into the Liberation Army.
