Alone in Peril is a segment under the Honkai: Star Rail Trailblaze Continuance Mission, Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue (II). As a hostage under Hoolay's command, you play from Jiaoqiu's POV and must make a crucial decision on whether to seek help or not. I'll show you the outcome of both choices.

During this quest segment, there is an optional task to “seek help and send news out.” This can be done by talking to three NPCs that are highlighted by the quest navigator. As you talk to the NPCs, some dialogue options will be highlighted in red. If you choose the red dialogue options, Jiaoqiu will ask for help. But should you?

When speaking to the Realm-Keeping Orderly, you can choose to ask for help (red dialogue option) or end the conversation. This is the only choice in the conversation that matters.

If you choose to ask for help, you can either say that Borisin is hiding nearby or introduce yourself as Jiaoqiu and pass on the same news. Either choice will result in the Realm-Keeping Orderly finding a soldier. If you choose to end the conversation in the meantime, it will end without Borisin being mentioned.
