True wireless earbuds aren’t new to Skullcandy, but Mod True Wireless Earbuds are, in the sense that they’re the latest earbuds the company is making. The Mod earbuds, which are coming soon, are being touted as an affordable, all-in-one audio accessory that can easily transition between work and non-work.
The Mod’s feature list starts with support for multipoint pairing, allowing you to quickly and easily switch between devices. The earbuds also include a Clear Voice Smart Mic to reduce background noise for clear conversations, and audio customization options so you can stay aware of your surroundings.
Skullcandy claims up to seven hours of listening time on a single charge, plus an additional 27 hours when paired with the included charging case. And a 10-minute charge from the case will give you up to two hours of listening time for those times when you’re in a hurry. Additionally, Mod earbuds work with the Skullcandy app for all sorts of custom settings, and if you lose an earbud, you can use the built-in Tile Finding Technology to give it a “ring.”
