To start The Spirit of Love in Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance, progress through the main story until you reach the Shiba Leyline Fount in Minato Ward. From here, look for a secluded cave to the east where you'll find a bunch of weaker Demons worshipping Apsaras. Talk to her to start The Spirit of Love.
To complete Spirit of Love in Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance, you'll need to find Leanan Sidhe, a deceptive Demon who seduces Demons. You can find Leanan Sidhe south of the Tokyo Tower Leyline Fount, but you'll need to progress through the main story a bit first. This includes defeating Hydra and clearing out a few Abscesses to unlock more areas.
