As you know, the Desert Festival is a 3-day event that takes place in the spring. This event starts on the 15th and ends on the 17th. On each of these three days, the Scholar NPC will ask you different sets of questions. Here are the answers to all the questions:
After answering all four questions correctly, you will be rewarded with 50 Calico Eggs. You can then exchange the Eggs with the Egg Seller for items such as a Mummy Mask, Mystery Box, Mega Bomb, Woodcutter's Weekly Book, etc.
