[SF: Duel] – Apr 2023 Tier List PVE Story and Tower! All units with full explanation!
Here's the Street Fighter Duel rankings with all the characters from best to worst:
From the tier list above, you might be able to get an idea of the most overpowered fighter characters. That’s right! All the characters placed in the S-tier are the best and most overpowered. Once you’ve unlocked these characters, we recommend that you unlock their true potential by upgrading them. A full party with any of these characters can give you a victory during the endgame or in all game modes. But if you haven’t been able to get these characters in your collection, we recommend that you unlock the A-tier characters. These characters can potentially be upgraded to match the S-tier characters. However, these characters may lack the prowess of the S-tier characters in some aspects.
Speaking of B-tier characters, these are the best in the beginning of the game. These characters can be unlocked easily and fill out your party. But try to replace these characters with better characters once you unlock them. Next, all the characters in the C-tiers can be considered weak or bad characters. While some characters can be used situationally, most of the characters have quite a few buffs and powers. But keep in mind that these characters can be exceptionally good in some game modes. Finally, the D-tier has the worst characters. These characters can be easily overthrown while playing any game mode. So if you have unlocked any of them, we highly recommend replacing them with characters from a higher tier.
