Super Mario Odyssey is a 3D platformer that is balanced to be enjoyable for all ages and all levels of gameplay skill. Players explore unique, visually pleasing worlds by solving puzzles and jumping through levels. You can still enjoy traditional Mario platforming gameplay, but with a new and exciting flair. We took a closer look at the plot, gameplay, graphics, and kid-friendliness and found Odyssey to be an instant winner.

Super Mario Odyssey requires either a cartridge or a download, depending on whether you purchased the physical version of the game or the digital version. Installation is simple. Once you have inserted or installed, simply launch the game and start it. You will see a short cutscene before the main menu opens and you will be asked if you want to start a new game.

Like many Mario games, the game revolves around saving Princess Peach from the terrible Bowser. There is a cutscene at the beginning where Mario fights Bowser in an attempt to save the Princess. However, Mario does not do well and a stylishly dressed, suit-clad Bowser throws Mario into the air and off his flying ship.
