While I loved the gritty realism at the heart of tactical RPG Wartales, the sheer volume of options for your party members also makes the game sing. It can be overwhelming, though, so read on for my best Swordsman build.
Wartales Ultimate Class Guide – SWORDSMAN Builds and Tips
Unlike many similar turn-based battle games, Wartales gives you complete control over the size of your party. I find Brutes are best equipped with two-handed weapons, while Swordsman and Warriors are best with a one-handed and shield.
For me, a Swordsman is best as a tank or a one-on-one damage dealer. This requires two completely different builds, so I'll go over both below. Having multiple Swordsmen is perfectly feasible as your party grows, especially if you make sure they complement each other with different specialization sets. I've found that having one of each build below works well together, as your Protector can occupy the big threat while the Fighter cleans up the smaller fish.
