Starting November 1, T-Mobile will offer same-day, in-store device repairs to subscribers of the company's Protection 360 service.

The company says the in-store repairs are performed by “industry-certified experts” from insurance company Assurant, the same company T-Mobile partners with to offer Protection 360.
In-store device repair is only available at 500 stores in major cities. T-Mobile has 7,500 stores in the United States, but the company says it plans to expand the service to more locations.
Protection 360 is T-Mobile’s insurance plan for customers who want an extra layer of support in case they ever break or lose their phone. Plans start at $7 per month and include theft coverage, live tech support, and more.
