The 2024 THQ Nordic Digital Showcase showed off some great games that we can all look forward to in the near(er) future. One of them that immediately caught my attention was the cozy colony sim Space for Sale.

Space for Sale is a colorful game that follows the example of games like Animal Crossing and Disney Dreamlight Valley in the simulation genre. It lets you create your own unique, thriving communities on unknown planets.
In Space for Sale you take on the role of an interstellar real estate agent, tasked with transforming various alien worlds into living spaces for your extraterrestrial clients. As with many life simulation games, you start with the basics: researching local wildlife, gathering resources, and building yourself a place to work.
Ultimately, however, you'll have a lot of work to do. You'll need to build entire neighborhoods that cater to the unique preferences of the aliens who want to live in the area. Before you can move forward, you'll need to make sure their needs are met.
