Starting at $258, the Stylus 5G features a 6.81-inch FHD+ (2220×1080 resolution) display powered by TCL’s proprietary display technology, NXTVISION. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G chipset, and promises a number of unique apps that take advantage of the stylus.
According to TCL, the NXTVISION improves picture quality with its SDR to HDR upscaling feature, which enhances contrast when you’re gaming or streaming a show. The feature also has Eye Comfort Mode, which automatically adjusts the screen’s brightness to prevent eyestrain.
The Stylus 5G also features AI-powered technology that can recognize the tiniest details in handwriting, making recognition even better. There’s also MyScript Calculator 2, an app that lets you write mathematical equations on the screen and instantly calculates an answer.
